Dell Studio 1555 15.6-Inch Black Laptop Review from Michael Short. Recommend avoiding Dell products and services, I’ve had a Dell Inspiron for a little over a year, and it’s been a constant problem. Multiple home visits to replace parts, technicians that have come to fix the machine and end up breaking it; calls to Indian customer service that route me to non-working telephone numbers; any requests to talk to a manager result in being cut-off. The machine has been down for probably a month in the past 12 months. An incredibly poor level of support and hardware.
